Budget Workshop Meeting

A special meeting of the Clearwater Township Board was called to order at 7:05 p.m. at the Clearwater Township Community Center for the purpose of working on the 2017-2018 fiscal year budgets.  Board members present were:   Eldridge, Hubble, and Seaman.  Also present, Julie Vance, Greg Bradley,and  Pat Gray.

 

Meeting was opened with the Pledge of Allegiance.

 

Public Comment:  None

 

General Fund:  The proposed budget amount for total revenue for General Fund is $504,867.  The totals for expenditures are as follows:  Town Board Control:  $87,950.; Supervisor Control:  $10,500.; Assessor Control:  $31,000.; Clerk Control:  $28,350.; Election Control:  $13,300.; Board of Review Control:  $2,500.; Treasurer Control:  $29,900.; Townhall Control:  $78,000.; Cemetery Control: $27,000.; Deputy Control:  $21,000.; Planning Commission & ZBA Control:  $25,900.; Streets & Highway Control:  $15,000.; Health Representative Control:  $250.; Recreation Control:  $49,000.; Senior Meal Activities Control:  $600.; Community Center Control:  $25,650; Contingency Control:  $58,967.; Transfer Out:  $0.00; Total Expenditures; $504,867.  Road Improvement Fund Budget:  Total Revenue:  $152,689.; Total expenditures:  $152,689.; Public Improvement Fund:  Total Revenue:  $3,096.; Total Expenditures:  $3,096; Fire Department Budget:  Total Revenue:  $257,900.; Total Expenditures:  $257,900.; Fire Equipment Millage:  Total Revenue:  $60,945.; Total Expenditures:  $60,945.
